PhD, MSc, BMR (OT)

My program of research focuses on developing an understanding of how people with disabilities, with an emphasis on those who use assistive technologies or devices, engage within their physical, sociocultural, and attitudinal contexts. The intent of this understanding is to promote life, home, and community participation and engagement. Finally, by creating and implementing strategies, primarily through the use of use of assistive technologies or modifying contexts, I aim to advance and promote participation and well-being.
